The intended experience
The navigation, inputs and result controls are designed for keyboard use. Forms use visible labels, grouped questions and text descriptions. Category distinctions use words as well as color. A skip link leads to the main content.
Motion, layout and print
The layout adapts to narrow screens and supports reduced motion. Results can be printed as a working brief. No essential information depends on an animation, hover effect or decorative diagram.
Known scope
Automated accessibility checks support development but do not establish complete conformance for every assistive technology. Report an accessibility issue using the project contact below. Include the page, browser or assistive technology and steps needed to reproduce it; the corrections worksheet can help prepare the note.
Reading long research pages
Articles provide chapter links and descriptive table headings. Comparison tables scroll within their own container on narrow screens. Download links identify JSON or CSV formats, and the file descriptions explain how they are intended to be used. Structured files supplement the readable page rather than being the only place to find the main guidance.
