What the tool handles
The fit finder uses selected categories and operational ranges to compute a result in your browser. It does not ask for messages, customer names, email addresses, contact lists or CRM access. This website has no marketing analytics collector or advertising scripts.
Optional draft storage
A draft is saved to browser local storage only when you choose Save draft. It contains the selected answers, a schema version and a save time, with a 30-day expiry checked on restore. Clear saved draft removes that record. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to restore it.
Exports and correction worksheets
A downloaded brief or worksheet is a local file under your control. The worksheet does not submit or transmit correction text. You can separately email a correction or attach a downloaded note using your own email service. Do not put personal, confidential or sensitive customer information into the worksheet. Official provider sites have their own data practices when you visit them.

For privacy questions, contact Joseph King at JosephKing@salesfitlab.com. Emailing is separate from using the fit finder and may share your sender address, message and attachments with the email services involved. Send only what is needed to explain your request.
The website cannot access or remotely erase drafts or downloads stored on your device. Use Clear saved draft to remove the saved browser entry and manage downloaded files on your device. The hosting and diagnostic-log practices are described below.
Website hosting and diagnostic records
The website is served over HTTPS from a static web server. The hosting and HTTPS delivery services receive technical request information, such as an IP address, request time and requested path, to deliver and protect the website. Questionnaire answers and optional drafts are calculated and stored on your device; the site does not send them to an analytics or account service.
The site-specific routine access log records time, request method, path, response status and response size. It omits IP addresses, browser user agents, referrers, cookies and URL query strings. Error logs may contain IP addresses and request details when diagnosing a failed request or a security issue.
Site-specific diagnostic logs are configured for daily rotation with seven archived files and a seven-day archive-age setting. They are stored outside the public website directory and are used for delivery, troubleshooting and security, rather than marketing profiles. Network and delivery providers may separately process technical information under their own policies.

The draft expiry is checked on restore
The website does not run a background deletion service. The 30-day rule is checked when the saved entry is read; an expired or invalid entry is then removed from this browser. Storage may be blocked by browser settings. Clearing a draft affects this browser entry; it does not remove email messages or server diagnostic records.
